About Mark Vincent
Specializing in Pueblo, Navajo, Zuni, Hopi and Santo Domingo Indian silver jewelry styles, Mark Vincent has over 30 years of experience in the silversmith arts.

Also an experienced toolmaker and stone cutter, Mark concentrates on producing his own tools that help him to create one-of-a-kind pieces using turquoise, mediterranean coral, opal, ancient ivory, jet, shell, lapis and other precious and semi-precious stones.

Mark moved to Roseburg Oregon in 1974 to live a Bohemian lifestyle. But it was very short-lived as hunger set in. He entered the art of silversmithing after purchasing a bag of turquoise. Not knowing its value, he showed the collection to a friend named Jim - a silversmith. Jim, in turn, told Mark that he had a small fortune in turquoise stones. Not knowing what to do with them, his friend suggested that he learn the art of silversmithing and gave him a brief introduction. From then on, it was not uncommon for Mark to spend 18 hour days honing his art. In time, he started traveling around creating many fine jewelry pieces in the arts and crafts fair circuit.

Moving forward 30 years to our current day, Mark, currently the owner of the Mark V Grill & Bar in Roseburg Oregon, is introducing his work on the world wide web. Mark specializes in creating custom jewelry art pieces to client specifications. He will also repair your silver jewelry. Please contact him about your request using the provided form.
